Welcome to Watchee.io, a video content hosting website ("Site") that allows you to upload, share, sell, and buy videos with others. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. The Site is not allowed for use by individuals under the age of 18.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including, but not limited to, infringing the rights of others, using the Site for commercial purposes without Watchee.io's prior written consent, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

Content Uploads

You retain ownership of all videos that you upload to the Site. By uploading content to the Site, you certify that you have the legal right to do so, and you grant Watchee.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Site and Watchee.io's business.

Buying and Selling

As a content creator, you may upload and sell your videos to customers of the Site. Watchee.io does not guarantee the availability of buyers, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to sell any videos that you upload to the Site. As a buyer, you agree to pay for any videos that you purchase through the Site, and you acknowledge that Watchee.io is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the content.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content without the express written consent of Watchee.io.

Content Verification and Protection

Watchee.io verifies the age of all content creators and anyone appearing in any videos uploaded to the Site. Watchee.io also verifies that you have full rights to the videos you are trying to sell. We protect the original content creators to ensure there is no piracy. Each video is manually reviewed and approved before being made public on the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Watchee.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Watchee.io makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Watchee.io does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Liability Limitation

Watchee.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
