At Watchee.io, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund of your purchase. Please read the following guidelines to understand our refund policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the video purchased is defective, or if the wrong video was sent to the customer.
  • We do not issue refunds if the customer simply changes their mind, or if they find the video to be unsatisfactory. We recommend that you review the video description and preview before making your purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
